Who are we?
Our Founder, Jonathan Barker, has worked at some of the world's most exciting Tech companies. He worked at Google for over a decade, where he led Tech Staffing in Europe, Middle East and Africa - overseeing thousands of hires across the region - as well as owning global hiring programs to support hiring the best university graduates across the world.
After Google, he led People Operations for blockchain startup Status before moving to lead global People Operations for Deliveroo where he helped them restructure for significant growth as well as navigate COVID and and transition through an IPO in early 2021.
